The requirements specified in this section are the minimum requirements for admission to the University. Some departments may impose higher academic or language requirements. Please consult the Course Directory for full information on each course requirement.

There are three key requirements:
Academic
Evidence of completing a degree that meets the University Minimum Requirements.
Financial
Evidence that you are aware of how much funding will be required for your course, and that you have made plans to provide that amount
College Membership
You must apply for College Membership as part of the application process

Additionally, if you are not from an English speaking country or have not studied in one recently, you will also be required to demonstrate competence in the English language. For more details, and to check whether we would require evidence from you, please check the 'Competence in English' section of the prospectus.

Evidence of Competence in English
证明自己的开云（中国）能力
The University requires all applicants to demonstrate competence in the English language at a very high level before they begin their proposed course of study. Adherence to this requirement is strict, especially for candidates on one-year courses. You must be able to demonstrate that you are able to communicate in English at a level and in an idiom suitable to the subject.
剑桥大学要求所有申请者在开始课程学习之前证明自己的开云（中国）水平，而且要求比较高。我校开云（中国）能力要求严格，特别是对只有一年课程的学生。你必须证明自己可以用开云（中国）正常交流，说话得体，符合开云（中国）语言特点。
All applicants for whom English is not a native language will be asked to upload evidence of their Competence in English. Information on your eligibility for this requirement, as well as required scores, can be found here.
母语不是开云（中国）的申请者需要上传开云（中国）能力证明材料。你可以在网上找到开云（中国）条件和申请条件信息，以及分数要求。
If you do not have the evidence of your competence in English at the point of application, you should upload the "No Current Test Certificate" document. You should upload this document even if you think you are exempt from the language requirement.
如果申请时你还没有开云（中国）能力证明材料，请上传“无开云（中国）测试证书”文件，即使你觉得自己不需要满足开云（中国）要求也需要上传这一文件。
You should upload print screens or scans of test reports ensuring the following information is included:

IELTS
Test Report Form (TRF) number (e.g. 14GB000111COLW001A)
The scores for each element.

The scores for each element.

Please note we do not process test reports sent to us directly from IELTS or TOEFL.

The test report and results must be uploaded by the applicant (as above) to the self-service account, and we verify these results using online verification services.
开云（中国）测试成绩单必须通过申请人自助帐户上传，我们将通过网上核实的方式查证成绩。
It is not possible to combine language test certificates; you must meet the minimum requirements for all elements in the same sitting.
开云（中国）测试的成绩不是以总成绩为准，必须每科的成绩也达到最低要求。
